Swedish Massage "Classic Massage"
A Swedish massage is a massage in which the therapist uses effleurage (sliding or gliding), petrissage (squeezing or kneading), and tapotement (rhythmic tapping) to relieve tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation.
Deep Tissue Massage
A deep tissue massage is a massage in which the therapist uses massage techniques that go deeper into the muscle tissue to help relieve muscle pain, tension, and allivate knots (muscle adhesions). It also promotes relaxation, blood flow, and stress relief.
Sports Massage
A sports massage is a massage that incorporates stretching techniques that help alleviate muscle spasms (cramps), increase range of motion, increase blood flow, and promote overall muscle health. It is a beneficial massage to those who are more active.
Prenatal Massage
A prenatal massage is a massage that caters to expecting mothers. It incorporates pillows and cushions that are designed to make getting a massage more relaxing and comfortable. It has the benefits of being relaxing and soothing, alleviates pain and discomfort, increases blood flow, and relieves stress.
Trigger Point Therapy
A trigger point massage is a massage in which the therapist uses isolated pressure on the effected muscle to relieve muscle adhesion, "knot." It increases blood flow, oxygen to muscle, alleviates pain and tension, and helps relaxation.

A lymphatic massage is a very light, skin stretch, massage that flows toward the lymph nodes to help reduce inflammation, fluid, and toxins in the body. It promotes relaxation, body and oxygen flow to muscles, and supports the immune system.

Myofascial Release
A myofascial release massage is a massage in which the therapist uses a consistent slow firm pressure to release the fascia (muscle covering) from the muscles that cause it to be restricted.
Hot Stone Massage
A hot stone massage is a massage that incorporates warm stones used to relax muscles. It promotes relaxation and stress relief.

An aroma therapy massage incorporates essential oils during the sessions that has mental and physical benefits, relaxation, comfort, and an overall sense of wellness.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Life happens! And when it does we try our best to be understanding and considerate to you and our therapists. We have a 24hr cancelation policy. If for any reason you need to cancel, please call or text your therapist directly. Sessions canceled same day as appointment will result in 50% session charge. No-call, no-show will result in 100% session charge.
